NEWPORT PROPERTY INVESTORS

From 2004 – 2008 Newport Property Investors, the predecessor to Newport Capital Partners, acquired a series of Core-Plus Neighborhood Retail and Mixed-Use properties throughout the Chicago metro area.

Six of the seven Newport Property Investor assets have been realized generating a 9.3% gross IRR.  The seventh asset is a generational hold by its partners and is producing an 8% distributable cash flow yield.
