Adrienne Sutton is Assistant Controller where she supports fund, investor, and property-level accounting across the firm’s portfolio. In this role, she works closely with the Controller to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and supports the firm’s operational and investor communication functions.

Adrienne joined Newport in 2023, bringing a diverse background in nonprofit, retail, and private equity real estate accounting. She began her career in New York, where she served as a Supervising Accountant at Covenant House, overseeing staff accountants and AP processes. After relocating to Chicago, she joined Blackstone’s Revantage platform, gaining expertise across industrial, senior living, and office assets, and later supported consolidated reporting for BREIT, a publicly traded REIT.
