Ben Andrews is a Partner and Head of Investments at Newport Capital Partners, where he leads sourcing, acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions across the firm’s investment portfolio. A member of the Investment Committee, he also shares responsibility for strategy, operations, risk management, and capital markets.

With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including 16 years focused on retail, Ben joined Newport in 2014 after serving as Senior Vice President at Sperry Van Ness (now SVN), where he led the retail sales and leasing team across central U.S. markets. Earlier in his career, he held roles at The Staubach Company, ACA Financial, and Williamson Picket Gross, advising clients such as McDonald’s, Tesla, and Citibank.
