Brad Archibald is Vice President of Operations at Newport Capital Partners, where he oversees day-to-day operations, property management, and value creation initiatives across more than 1 million square feet of retail assets. In this role, he is responsible for budgeting, variance analysis, vendor management, and capital improvement execution, while serving as the primary liaison with tenants.

Brad joined Newport in 2022 with a background in managing large-scale commercial properties. Prior to Newport, he was a Property Manager at Sterling Bay, where he oversaw a 2 million square foot portfolio in Chicago. He began his career at Sterling Bay as an Assistant Property Manager for a 900,000 square foot asset, where he supported budgeting, operations, and vendor coordination.
