Christine Perry is an Associate in Property Accounting at Newport Capital Partners, where she supports the firm’s accounting team in managing property-level reconciliations and financial reporting across new acquisitions and existing assets. She works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure accuracy and consistency in property-level financial operations.

Christine joined Newport in 2014 and brings over 20 years of real estate accounting experience. Prior to Newport, she was Senior Manager of Financial Services at General Growth Properties (GGP), where she developed pro forma models, performed portfolio analysis, and supported financial reporting. She also held senior accounting roles at Heitman and LaSalle Partners, overseeing portfolio management and reporting functions for institutional real estate vehicles.
