Eduard Lendon Chua is an Accounting Associate at Newport Capital Partners. He supports the firm’s accounting team by overseeing Accounts Receivable operations, including reconciliations, managing tenant billings and charge-backs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Eduard provides analysis and insights to support cash flow management and business decision-making.

Eduard joined Newport in 2025 and brings two years of audit experience. Prior to Newport, he was a Junior Audit Associate at Garriel Angel and Associates, where he conducted audit engagements for multiple individual and corporate clients, prepared audit reports, assisted with statutory filings, and recommended improvements to strengthen internal controls.
