Eric Cline is the Director of Asset Management, where he is responsible for executing strategic business plans across the firm’s retail portfolio. His role includes oversight of leasing, capital improvements, debt strategy, lender compliance, and investor reporting. He also supports property valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Eric joined Newport in 2023 and brings over 8 years of retail-focused real estate experience with deep expertise in investment sales. Prior to Newport, he was a Senior Associate on the retail capital markets team at Cushman & Wakefield, where he closed over $500 million in multi-tenant and net lease transactions. He began his career as a Financial Analyst at IRC Retail Centers and later held roles at JLL supporting national net lease transactions.
