Investments Platform Welcomes Two New Team Members

We’re thrilled to welcome two new additions to the team: Kevin and Luke have officially joined Newport’s Investments group.

Kevin is supporting the acquisitions team, where he’ll be involved in sourcing and underwriting new opportunities across our core markets. He brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach and has already jumped into the pipeline with strong momentum.

Luke is supporting the asset management team, working on business plan execution, leasing strategy, and property performance across the portfolio. His attention to detail and enthusiasm for retail operations make him a great fit for the team.
