Jennifer Day is a Senior Accountant at Newport Capital Partners, where she supports property and portfolio-level accounting for the firm’s real estate investments. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting investor and fund operations.

Jennifer joined Newport in 2026 with six years of accounting experience across multiple industries. Prior to Newport, she was a Senior Accountant at FilmRise and a Corporate Accountant at VanEck, an investment management firm. She began her career in audit at PwC, where she gained experience working with clients in the real estate industry. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College, City University of New York.
