Kevin Bennett is an Investments Associate at Newport Capital Partners, where he supports all aspects of the firm’s investment activity, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and repositioning strategies. He plays a key role in underwriting, market analysis, and execution of new transactions.

Kevin joined Newport in 2025 with more than two years of experience in real estate valuation and financial analysis. Prior to Newport, he was a Senior Analyst at Altus Group, where he specialized in underwriting and financial modeling across a range of property types, providing analytical support for investment and portfolio decisions.
