Khachoe Pema is a Senior Accountant at Newport Capital Partners, where she supports the Director of Accounting in managing fund and portfolio-level accounting for the firm’s real estate investments. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting investor and fund operations.

Khachoe joined Newport in 2023 with six years of diverse accounting experience. Prior to Newport, she was a Senior Property Accountant at 33 Realty, where she oversaw multiple residential portfolios and served as the primary contact for complex accounting matters. Earlier in her career, she held accounting roles at a futures brokerage company and a bankruptcy law firm.
