Luke Caras is an Asset Management Associate where he supports asset-level execution across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, portfolio management, financing, and redevelopment initiatives. He plays a key role in advancing business plans and driving performance across the firm’s retail portfolio.

Luke joined Newport in 2025 from Brookfield Properties, where he served as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Financial Planning & Analytics team. There, he managed reporting, forecasting, and valuations for over 20 retail assets and collaborated with cross-functional teams including leasing, capital markets, development, and finance.
