Megan Lawrence is a Property Manager at Newport Capital Partners, where she plays a vital role supporting the operations and asset management teams. Her responsibilities include vendor and tenant coordination, and general facilities maintenance support. Megan also leads efforts around contract bidding process, and ESG and cost saving initiatives at the property and portfolio level.

Megan joined Newport in 2023 with a strong background in operational leadership and client service. Prior to Newport, she served as Operations Manager at Coldwell Banker Realty, supporting over 75 agents across multiple high-performing offices in Chicago’s North Shore. Earlier, she held a customer service role at the corporate headquarters of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Megan was recognized with the North Star Award, given to one individual across 43 offices in five states, for outstanding professionalism and peer-nominated excellence.
