Our Purpose

We are a boutique real estate investment firm focused on one objective:  making money for our investors.

To accomplish this objective, without taking undue risk, we nimbly adapt to evolving market opportunities by making disciplined acquisitions and through proactive, direct, management of investments.

We are real estate investors, not capital allocators or financial engineers.  Our investment strategy is focused on convenience retail properties, located within in-fill sub-markets in the Midwest, where we can operationally improve performance.

Our Philosophy

Being a niche, hands on manager, we create opportunities to generate superior performance for similar, or lower, risk.

• We understand that it’s not just our money that we invest; we are stewards of our investors’ capital. 
• We put personal capital side by side with our investors. 
• Alignment of interest with our investors is a core belief.  If our investors do not make money on an investment, then neither should we.
• Our Investment Committee includes two independent members with industry specific expertise that have the same economic interest as our investors.
